What I do in Madrid
I am Víctor. I drive the van, carry the boxes and answer the phone afterwards. No dispatcher, no crew you have never met, no price that changes at the door.

Services
| Small removals — A room, a studio or a one-bedroom flat. Loading, driving, stairs and unloading — one person, one price agreed before anything moves. | from €120 |
|---|---|
| Furniture transport — One sofa, one wardrobe, one fridge. Bought on Wallapop, picked up at IKEA or moved between two flats. | from €30 |
| Furniture assembly — IKEA and flat-pack furniture built at your place. Pick-up, transport and assembly in the same visit if you need it. | from €65 |
| Junk and furniture removal — The old sofa, the mattress, the fridge that died. I take it to the municipal tip or to a charity — not to the street. | from €30 |
| Airport luggage transfer — Six suitcases and a bike box don't fit in a taxi. To or from Barajas, at the hour your flight actually lands. | from €45 |
| Student moves — Erasmus arrivals and departures, room changes, halls to shared flat. Small loads, tight stairs, short notice. | from €60 |
VAT not included. Prices are for Madrid city; distances beyond the southern belt are worked out per kilometre.
Before you book anything
- What a move actually costs in Madrid — Real prices per item, plus a calculator that gives you the range before you message anyone.
- Moving to Madrid — What the first weeks cost, how flats work here and what nobody tells you about fifth floors.
- Moving to Spain from the UK — What comes with you, what is cheaper to buy here, and what happens at the Madrid end.
How it works
- Send a photo on WhatsApp of what needs moving, plus both addresses and the floor.
- You get a fixed price in writing, usually within minutes.
- I turn up on the agreed day, load, drive, carry it up and put it where you want it.
- You pay when it is done — Bizum, card, transfer or cash.
Why one person and not a platform
On a marketplace you talk to an app, a different driver turns up each time and nobody owns the mistake. Here you have my number, my name and my van. Nine times out of ten the person who quoted your job is the person carrying your sofa, because there is only one of us.
I have been doing this for eleven years and working on my own since 2024, based in Usera. I carry public liability insurance.
Questions
Do you speak English?
We do this in writing on WhatsApp. You send a photo of what needs moving and the two addresses, I send back a fixed price. Nothing gets lost in translation and you keep the price on your phone.
Which areas of Madrid do you cover?
All of Madrid city from €30; the north-west and north — Pozuelo de Alarcón, Aravaca, Alcobendas and La Moraleja, Las Rozas, Majadahonda y Boadilla del Monte — from €75 with the round trip from Usera included; and the southern belt — Getafe, Leganés, Móstoles, Fuenlabrada, Parla — from €40. Beyond that the price is worked out per kilometre and I confirm it before setting off.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. I quote the whole job, not an hourly rate that grows while you watch. It only changes if what I find is not what you described — five extra floors, or a wardrobe twice the size of the photo.
How do I pay?
Bizum, card, bank transfer or cash, when the job is finished. Not before.
Send me the photo. I'll send you the price.
Available 24/7 across Madrid. I answer WhatsApp in minutes and you get a fixed price before a single box moves.
