One van. One person. The price before we start.

I'm Víctor. I've been moving furniture around Madrid for eleven years. You send me a photo on WhatsApp, I send you a fixed price in writing, and then I turn up and do it. Not a call centre, not a comparison site that sells your number to four strangers.

What things cost

Real numbers, not a form that promises "up to six quotes". Stairs, distance and volume move these figures, which is exactly why I want the photo before I give you one.

Why people write to me instead of a company

Everything in writing

We agree it on WhatsApp, so you keep the price, the date and the address on your phone. If your Spanish is shaky, this is the part that protects you: written beats spoken, in any language.

You know who is coming

Same person quotes, drives, carries and answers afterwards. Nobody can tell you "that crew wasn't ours", because there is no crew.

Small jobs are welcome

One wardrobe from Wallapop. A mattress to a friend's flat. The bit of a move a big firm won't bother with. That is most of what I do.

Madrid, properly

Madrid Central permits, four floors with no lift in Lavapiés, loading bays in Chamberí. I know which streets you cannot park on at 11am. It saves you money.

Questions people actually ask

Do you speak English?

We do this over WhatsApp, in writing. You send me a photo of what needs moving and where it's going, and I send back a fixed price. Everything stays written down, so nothing gets lost in translation and you have the price on your phone before I turn up.

How much does a small move in Madrid cost?

A single item across the city starts at €30. A room's worth of furniture and boxes is usually €100–160. A one or two bedroom flat runs €180–420 depending on floors, lift and volume. I quote the whole job, not an hourly rate that grows while you watch.

Who actually turns up?

Me. Víctor. I take the call, I quote it, I drive the van, I carry the boxes and I answer afterwards if something is wrong. There is no dispatcher, no subcontractor and no crew you have never spoken to. That is the whole point of hiring one person instead of a platform.

Can you help if I live on a fourth floor with no lift?

Yes, and tell me before I quote. Stairs are the single biggest reason a moving price changes on the day. If I know the floor and whether there is a lift, the price I give you is the price you pay.

Do you cover the whole of Madrid?

I am based in Usera, in the south of the city, and I work across all 21 districts of Madrid plus the surrounding towns — Getafe, Leganés, Móstoles, Alcorcón, Fuenlabrada. Anywhere further and I price the distance into the quote up front.

Are you insured?

I carry public liability insurance. If you are moving something of unusual value — an instrument, art, a piece of specialist equipment — tell me first so we can agree cover for it before the day rather than argue about it after.

Just arrived in the city? Read what a move to Madrid really costs. Need something built rather than carried? Furniture assembly.

Ready?

Send me the photo. I'll send you the price.

Available 24/7 across Madrid. I answer WhatsApp in minutes and you get a fixed price before a single box moves.
